And hangs up phone on people, in a rage she told me what she was thinking but she thought I was someone else and hung up phone on me.

I cannot get through and today, the front desk girl, very clearly raised her voice and hung up on me. A family member was in the office with the doctor and I was trying to get ahold of them.

I love the staff from Pratt Chiropractic. They're very family oriented and it's easy to talk about anything with them. They make my visits enjoyable.

When I come in for an appointment, Dr. Pratt is in to see me before I know it. Any question that I throw at him, he's able to answer.

I refuse to go to any other chiropractor. Always pleased with how my appointments go. I'm seen in less than 5 minutes after I check in.
