Moreover, your posting indicates that you are a former customer of Pioneer Services, and we appreciate the opportunity to have served you. You also indicated that you had purchased a debt protection product on a previous loan (this is the product/protections you likely used when you were wounded that allowed some or all of your loan payments to be forgiven). As a matter of policy, the use of this product with a previous loan would in no way cause a subsequent loan to be denied. All loan decisions are based upon factors such as debt ratio and remaining time in service, as well as several others factors. Whether a customer uses debt protection on a previous loan is not a consideration in the approval process. Learning through this posting that you feel the use of your debt protection product caused your second loan to be denied tells us that we could have done better in communicating the reasons for your most recent denial. We apologize for any misunderstanding and any frustration this may have caused.
