Very friendly and family owned and operated.I was very comfortable talking with Clinton and Family I felt like they have been friends for years and after shopping here they will. Their customer service is at the top of the chart.

We recently installed a new pool fence and had only one very unusual key for the gate. Pennington Locksmith went the extra mile to find blanks for us and cut a couple of keys. They made a special trip to Phoenix to pick up the blanks and charged us a very reasonable fee for the keys. They are warm and friendly. They are now our locksmiths for our home and rental and will continue to be based on the kind of service we have received.
