I have been going to White Dragon and I could only describe it as AMAZING. The people and teachers are great. They make learning an exciting adventure. They not only help you grow physically, but mentally as well. The feeling of learning there is indescribable. I would recommend that anyone try White Dragon. You have nothing to lose and can only improve yourself!

When I started with Pai Lum Kung Fu in Thornton, CO; I tipped the scales at 511lbs. However, with a strong passion for hard work, a never quit attitude, they helped my down a path to better health and mental stability. I am now a strong 390lbs and still losing. I would only be like that because of the training and the heart that the teachers and fellow student helped me build. You want a great sense of family, a strong self defense education, and just an overal AWESOME experience. Get down to Pai Lum Kung Fu School of Martial Art in Thornton, CO. I would live to train with you.

I was looking for a reputable place to learn martial arts which would actually help me as a little person. I was having a hard time finding a place where I felt comfortable and challenged... but once I landed here, I knew this was it!! Give it a try; you'll love it and you'll love yourself for doing it.

I just started here but have already shown a significant improvement in my physical abilities, as well as general well-being. This school is exactly what I have been searching for. I look forward to going to class, and go as much as possible. Highest possible Recommendation!

I came from a taekwon-do background and found myself wanting to experience martial arts on a deeper level. Traditional kung fu is what I decided was what I wanted to pursue, and found a gem right in my home city! White Dragon kung fu has made me into a better person on many different levels. It offers a path to attain your goals, no matter what they are including: strength, flexibility, weight loss, self defense, fighting ability, etc. Pai Lum training is something I believe all can benefit from! There are not enough stars or words to properly recommend this school!

i have looked for martial arts for many years in colorado before running across this school. the style is practical and incorporates a workout that conditions your body for any goal wether that's flexibility, endurance, strength, or just peace of mind from everyday stress. also one thing rare to find is it teaches you how to HEAL your injuries. highly recomend this place.

This place is an amazing school. I have tried other systems but this is by far the best. The people are great, the teaching is amazing, its not only a great workout but you learn a lot of self defenses and much much more. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
