I have been to Moon Valley Nursery numerous times. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have many shrubs, trees and palms from moon valley. The moon dust is a must have my hibiscus plants where turning light green but after applying moon dust they are back to normal. If you have any questions about plants or need to know what one is called moon valley is the place.

They were excellent to deal with and even came to our home twice to sketch and re-sketch out a design that best suited our taste and most importantly recommended the right plants that would grow in the areas that we were redoing. Moon Valley employs a lot of good people.

Bought a Pineapple Palm from Moon Valley on Pinnacle Peak in Peoria, AZ. Adam and his team from the Indian School Road Moon Valley location came in and did a meticulous job of amending the soil and prepping the planting area. They then created a beautiful water catching crater around the base. I was finally briefed on watering & fertilizing techniques! Highly professional team! 5 Stars all around! Wish I could post a photo!

I ordered a large apple tree at the end of March and it looked as if it were having a hard time right away, so I called and asked what to do and Moon Valley advised more watering, which I did faithfully. But...when the summer heat hit at the end of May, the tree started dying. I called again, and they advised to increase watering, but it still died. A few days past the 90-day warranty, I called and sent photos of a very dead tree, feeling sure that they wouldn't do anything for me. I spoke with Brett, and he offered to replace the tree! They will re-plant in September. Great customer service!

Brett was very knowledgeable and picked out a big 24 gal. apple tree for me over the phone. Christian and his team did a great job planting, even adding mulch and vitamin starter, and telling me how to take care of it. The tree looks beautiful in its new home, and I'm looking forward to making apple pies this fall!

We could not be happier with the people when we selected our new Queen Palm Tree (Dillion) and the promptness and professionalism of the crew who came to plant it... we scheduled it for 5/22... I was just getting ready to call at 9AM to see when I could expect them when the doorbell rang and it was CJ and his crew! They got everything done and cleaned up within an hour! I could not have asked for any better service! Thanks!

Moon Valley has incredible customer service and great plants. They always spend as much time as I need to understand what will grow best in different locations in my yard. Being from Ohio, I have very little experience with AZ landscaping. I showed them photos of my yard, where I wanted to put plants, and they spent hours walking through the facility to find nice, robust specimens that would look good and thrive. I can't say enough good things about Moon Valley.

"I purchased 2 Ficus trees from Moon Valley. The ""planting"" crew arrived on time after notifying me of their delivery. They took no time in planting my trees and Christian, the lead supervisor, was extremely helpful with the care instructions. He also helped me with a minor watering issue I was having with a previously planted tree purchased at Moon Valley over 3 years ago, at no extra charge.

The trees are very, very healthy and I'm looking forward to watching them grow!"

I recently went to moon valley for their Palm tree Moon Juice and found the staff and selection of products great. Hopefully, over the next couple of weeks, the moon juice, which does have a coloring warning on the label, will kick in and green up my Queens in the back yard. Of course I am not expecting the light brown dead parts to green up, just keep the existing stuff nice and green. I have recently applied it and watering regularly for the full effect.

We are very grateful to the people at Moon Valley Nursery. They helped us pick out a variety of plants for various locations in our yard. They offered 2 or 3 varieties of these plants and explained the differences and made suggestions of which plant would suit our needs. They made a tedious job pleasant and timely. Thank you for your expertise, and courtesy. Great job!! We will be back.

I just order trees and scrubs for my fron and back yard. I found the sales people knowledgable and very helpful on planning my yard.I am from Minnesota so I wanted a tropical look. When I got home on Monday my order was placed Friday I got just that Lee and the crew that came out did a fantastic job and call me through out the day to let me know how it was going. Lee then did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. Great JOB I would go back.
