Tavassoli has been cleaning my very expensive large silk rugs for years now and always done an excellent job, on time and well. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for cleaning a rug, cause his company knows the correct way to do each rug where they come out clean and perfect. You can't count on that happening with every rug cleaner you know, so I am sticking with Tavassoli for my rug cleaning. I can count on him and trust him.

They have done my rugs on many occasions over the last 10 or 20 years and I couldn't be more pleased. I would not consider trusting anyone else with my expensive rugs. They are professional in every way. Prompt and courteous. They suggest options that I was not aware of with the cleaning and repair of the rugs.

We have bought rugs, cleaned and repaired rugs at Moe Tavassoli's and have always been happy with our experiences. We recently bought a beautiful Persian rug for our great room. It is a joy every day. We also had an older Tabriz cleaned and repaired. It doesn't look like the same rug. Moe worked his magic. He also repaired a Navajo rug that one of our Beagles, when a puppy, chewed the whole corner off. Can't see where it was repaired. Mr. Tavassoli is a soft-spoken gentleman, has good prices and and a great understanding of his glorious rugs.

We had a bad stain on our very fine oriental rug. Two other professional rug cleaners attempted getting the stain and overall dirt out. When we got our rug back from Moe it was amazing. It looked brand new! Just beautiful. Suzanne DeSutter, Sedona, Az

This is a family owned business. They are extremely knowlegeable and talented. This is an industry that trust is hard to come by. This team repaird a very old valuable rug at a very fair price. They also have a large collection of orientals at all price ranges. I can not recommend them enough .

This is the place to go if you need your rugs cleaned. I had Moe clean 3 rugs--one very badly stained with a red dye mark from my son vomiting on it then dark black marks from some unknown things in the son's room. Moe told me he had to clean the rug 3 times but he stuck with it, and was I ever shocked to see how clean he made this rug.Another Oriental rug made with vegetable dye and very high quality was cleaned in such a way that he brought out the color of the dye which had long been dormant.This guy is fair in his prices and does superb work on cleaning. Don't allow yourself to be ripped off when you have your rugs cleaned: go to Moe! He IS the best and won't try and overcharge you like the rest of the Oriental rug places do. I'll be his lifetime customer from now on he did such wonderful work.

Moe is such a professional businessman to deal with. He is very calm and kindhearted. A client had a flood in her home and I called Moe for an estimate. They picked up the Oriental rugs and even repaired the fringe that had needed repair for many years.Our client decided that she wanted to scale down and sold a couple of rugs for a very fair price to Tavassoli.Not only did Moe deliver the cleaned/repaired rugs, but he also placed them in her home. Our client was so happy. Her rugs look brand new and she was very satisfied at the extra service that was given. It was a pleasure doing business with Moe and we highly recommend his services.
