Everything was great for 20+ years as long as money was going in. My husband became disabled and had to start withdrawing funds and his account got transferred to New Jersey-somewhere in hell. The people that answer the phones do not have enough sense to breath and talk much less take care of financial issues.
Isn't the point of investing money is for when you need the money? Apparently not with Merrill Lynch they just want it going one way hoping you die in the interim.
