Horrible experience not once, not twice but probably close to 6 times. I told them to stop calling and they didn't get the hint. I was on a sales call and the person kept calling until I answered the phone. I hung up on a sale so I could hear a pitch about their services. Waste of time.

This collection agency puts themselves out there as attorneys when they are not. I suited them and won because they continued to call me after I asked them not to contact me. JP Hughes is an uneducated idiot and a fool! They try to bully folks into settling with their agency, DO NOT SETTLE WITH THEM!
Just hang up!
I filed complaints with every government agency and yet they continue to do business. Shows how much the State of Florida cares about the consumer!

This guy is the biggest joke in the collection industry. I have personally been in this industry for 15 years and have never heard a young man call our organization and misrepresent himself by stating he is a attorney and then when it is revealed he is not in his own words states "My dad is a judge so I can do and talk however I please because I am a Senior Partner to this firm". JP Huges Jr I have to say that I do believe you that your father is a Judge I looked it up but I highly doubt it that he wants is adolescent son throwing his name around. I will be making complaint to BBB and also to the Attorney General and any and every single governing authority I can. Here is a little advice next time you want to act like your father make sure you realize who your talking to on the other line. Not everyone is stupid and trust me I have only just begun.
