I order a cake n paid for the whole cake. Because they want the money before making it. I called n as when they start my cake which my wedding is three week away. So I told her I want my money back n go somewhere eles.she told me I wasted her time on her day off hus to have the meeting of doing my cake for me. She also told me I can only get 50% money back or store credit n I can use it to buy cookies as favor for my wedding. So I choose in store credit n she told me I need to make appointment.I told her I call her. Later to make the appointment.. I called her hour later n no one pick up n it still open store hour. Its been three days ive been calling n leaving message n no return call. She is the manger n owner of Marcellus that I was working with. She took my money without anything in return.

The manger is sooo Lazy and very rude... she smells like foot. Does she bath?? I don't thing so. The weekly bath just doesn't cut it marcel sorry. When I was there trying to come up with ideas for my wedding she just sat on her chair too fat to move she tryed to grab something off her shelf with a broom handle... what the hell how last are you

Worst manger that have an attitude. She is fat n lazy so don't order anything from this bakery. Please save your money & go somewhere who cares n put time into it. It expensive n ur cake turn out very small n dry. She only care about money in her pocket so however bad ur cake look n taste no money back.

Marsell's Cakes does an excellent job no matter what the request. They are willling to take on any challenge and come up with some of the best cakes in town. I have used them personally and can attest to the cakes and how delicious they are as well as the presentation. Marsell's did a cake for the my 60th birthday party and it was a smashing success. Three layers and all different flavors! I would not hesitate to recommend Marsell's to anyone.
