I have also used Lynndees for grooming, professional pictures and three dog training classes.I have Cairn Terriers and everyone know that terriers are very active and strong willed.Kathy did a great job showing me how to have well mannered Cairns and I get people telling me that they are very well behaved. Kathy works at the animal shelter and is very well versed on animal behavior.For people reading the bad review you sure see for yourself first hand before believing a bad review.

Kathy Keeney fosters and rescues all breeds of dogs. She has absolutely no prejudice against any breed. The negative comments made against her in one of the other posts is slanderous and untrue. Kathy works at a local Spokane Shelter and has compassion for pit bulls as well as all other breeds.Kathy is a certified dog trainer, knowledgeable and caring. Shame on the person who wrote the negative review.

I beg to differ with the slandering review. I have been using LynnDee's facility for quite a few years now with both the grooming and training side of things. I have found that they do their best to really listen to their customers and go out of their way to improve and offer a variety of opportunities all in one place. Their instructors have been chosen to provide the highest quality in positive training and as far as Kathy Keeney I have taken her Reactive Dog Training class. She had so much knowlege in dog behavior to offer her class. I had been having problems with my Great Dane who was having some major behavior issues and Kathy helped me notice her triggers and test her limits while building her confidence. In that class my dog not only learned how to interact with other dogs, how to control her impulse to react when aroused but it helped us bond closer as companions. All in all I think this facility has alot to offer the dog community.

I can't speak for everyone there, but I know that trainer Kathy Keeney is very biased against pit bulls. Her knowledge of dog behavior is minimal and her training methods were questionable. I switched trainers (and facilities)and my "vicious" pit is now CGC certified and is working on agility and flyball. I have since found that Kathy is not well-respected in the dog-training community, and I recommend just staying away from Lynn Dee's altogether. Any business that would hire someone like her makes me nervous. For your dog's sake, go somewhere else.
