I have the good fortune to be the president of a medium-sized homeowner association in Lake County Illinois (254 single-family homes). Our Association has a beautiful water fountain pond at its main entrance. The 15-foot wide grass-area immediately surrounding the fountain's 5-foot deep, 36-foot diameter, metal pool was becoming water-logged. The Association board was concerned that the pool would begin to list to one side and end up creating costly mechanical damage to our pumping system.. A solution was needed. As such, the Association had four plumbing companies visit the pool site. The only company, Lake-Cook Plumbing, offered a sensible solution to the excess water problem that would not break our Association's maintenance fund.Steve, the compnay's leader worked with me to develop a usable sump system that expelled water into a lower pond. He spent considerable time visiting the site and communicating with me about the best solutions. I felt as though he was a team-member instead of a plumber dictating, "I'm going to do this, take it or leave it." Lake-Cook's personnel were equal to the company's owner. The quality of their work, the quality of their materials and their followup were, in a word, OUTSTANDING. They saved our Association from experiencing major problems with a signature feature that many enjoy and even use with wedding pictures.BTW, this was the second time our Association utilized this company. The first time involved a major project with our supply system for the fountain pond. Here too they created a permanent solution to what had been an on-going problem; at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They do great work at a very fair cost. I thank them quite often as I drive by our fountain pond.And, I'll thank theme here: THANK YOU STEVE & CREW!!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY PLUMBING REPAIR. THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAKE COOK PLUMBING AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. VERY FAIR PRICING AND DID THE WORK I NEEDED DONE

The quote from Steve was not honored. When I called Steve after the work was done he lied and said that he never quoted that price. Blatent Lier. Work was good but I was charged twice the quote that we agreed.
