I've been going to Dr. Gray since I was born. I've lived a couple other places over the years (I'm 20), and have never been nearly as satisfied as when I go to Dana. He's a jovial guy, gets down to business, and is sure to do whatever it takes to get me feeling better, even if it means telling me what i dont wanna hear. I've had expanders, and I suffer from TMJ, and the cleaners tailor their technique so that they dont hurt my jaw. Every other dentist I've been to leans onto my jaw like it's a table, and it causes excrutiating pain for days. But not the techs at Gray, and not Dr. Gray! They're all wonderful people and wonderful doctors, I dont ever want to go to anyone else.

never had such a bad experience as i did today Dr. Martha Yallaly didnt seem to care what i wanted at all. i came in complaining of my tooth hurting so bad i couldnt stand and instead i get a lecture bout how bad my teeth are n wat im gonna have to look forward to with dentures in the future n how i need to clean the better when the truth is i clean them everyday i have a problem with them that runs in my family so they are very brittle all i came in for was to get help with the pain instead i get embarrassed and talked down on like a little kid that doesnt have any idea whats going on im 22 years old im very aware of my situation i know exactly wat my situation is it. never going back here again and telling everyone i know to never go see this dentist.

Just Like friskey01, I had a HORRIBLE experience with another dentist in town. Long story short, I had no pain before I saw said dentist, HORRIBLE pain after. Went back and he said nothing was wrong. After two weeks of pain that would wake me out of my sleep and put me in tears, I got a copy of my x-rays and headed to Dr. Gray who came highly rec. from a co-worker. After looking the the x-rays, he told me I was going to need a root canal because my nerve had become inflamed due to drilling being to far down. To sum it up Dr. Gray saved me from excruciating pain and has earned my trust for any future visits! Love this guy as he was very helpful and explains EVERYTHING!



Also, the only negotive is the fact that you have to pay out of pocket up front and wait to be reimbursed by insurance, but what can ya do? Can't be perfect can ya?

This dentist came highly recommended by a friend after I had an awful experience with another dentist in town. I saw Dr. Gray and from the moment I met him I felt at ease. He's great at explaining everything and all the options you might have and is totally up-front and honest. The office staff and hygentists are very friendly and helpful as well. An overall wonderful experience every time I've been there.



The only "negative" I have to mention is that you have to pay the full amount up front and wait to be reimbursed by your insurance company. They are great about submitting the claim for you, so it's not much of a hassle, but something to keep in mind.
