The store and the personnel are 5-star quality and I recommend them at the top of all the other places I've been, most of which are in the panhandle - Tallahasse and further west. The range prices are great but the gun range quality is sadly far below par in my experience. It was hot, humid, and seemed to have noise amplification rather than dampening. I left after about two minutes. I understand that they plan to improve the range in the near future. My range experience includes indoor, outdoor, free, military, and commercial ranges.

I have been to � a dozen ranges in the Orlando area. East Oranage is by far, the best in customer service and safety. EOSS You Rock!! Thank you for keeping all of us safe.

Terrible Customer Service! They are so busy now that they have little respect for customers of years past. Been buying guns through them for years. I called before to pickup a FFL transfer. Can't get it til they log it... they've had all day, but "wait til we call you." Now you have to wait days to pickup any guns... Now they charge you storage if a second gun takes longer than a few days. They don't know the meaning of service. Shop somewhere else and build loyalty there because with treatment like this, they won't be around much longer. I recommend Shoot Straight or Shooter's Den for better service.
