Control of this company has been taken over by A/C contractor Gus Melo and his wife, who are not engineers. They just recently started doing remodeling projects using someone else's Certified General Contractor license. None of them have experience in applicable building trades. All have very poor credit ratings. License holder is under bankruptcy protection. A/C contractor's wife is a known thief and con artist. Find a more reputable and experienced contractor!!
