Went to Lee, she cuts hair so fast, it's ridiculous. Also likes telling you, what bad shape your hair is in, over and over and over again!

I went to see lee today about a haircut for my daughter. I told her we don't want it short just a trim to take dead ends off and showed her were to cut at which was maybe two inches. I went and sat down and she took off 5 or more inches she told me. lee said that is where I showed her to cut. I did not show her to take 5 inches off. My daughter is in tears the manager gave me my money back but doesn't help that it has to grow out again.

Mandy cut my hair today, I just walked in with frustrated hair & with picky expectations & she blew me away!! The best A-line ever! Also, she is the first hairstylist in 5 years that has actually listened to me about my hair (I have both straight & puffy hair, figure that one out!) & she even described my hair type & texture in better words than I could!I'm going back next week for an all-over color (she's only there on Thursdays from 4pm - 8pm), she is a keeper for me!! & the price was unbeatable, I gave her a tip & still was cheaper than other places for the same quality hair cut!!
