nice doing busness for year DALLAS WOULD BE PROUD good service at a fair price

I couldn't find Purina's WellSolve low starch/low sugar feed for my older horse with Cushing's. They ordered it for me though I only needed 2 bags, and since will always get it for me, even if I get just 1 bag. The price was good. IFA said they could only order it in 1-ton lots so seldom if ever had it. The people on the phone and behind the counter were really nice.

We have been loyal customers for 8 years, buying thousands of dollars in fencing materials, livestock feed and supplies, pet food, clothing. However, we've been treated rudely for the last time. We will drive the extra mile, to Peterson's from now on. A girl works in the Clearfield store, who is condescending, speaks down to the customers, full of herself, and you always feel less a person when you leave, that when you entered the store. Last night, she, along with 2 other young men were tending the store. The music was blaring and the boss was clearly away. She will JOT put herself out to assist (the young men did, tho), is bossy and rude. I attempted to return a rainslicker a few months ago, after the zipper came apart after the very first try. She treated me horribly, would not return or replace, but I didn't push it, as I had bought it on sale. The inventory is so-so. Though I'd like to support "local", Petersons, IFA, Cal Ranch and Smith/Edwards will get our business from now
