Although, the services once started seem to help. The messsage was very benefical, I was charged but not told what the costs were in real time. They really did not which they did not clarify to me was an additional charges for a report? They had me sign another form stating it was needed for these "reports" to insurance and if it was ok, but did not tell me it was to charge me extra for this "report" once a month or whenever it was requested from insurance. It was another way to widdle down the award. forms during the treatment which I thought was to provide a report to the insurance agency as part of my treatment not to be charged. They used insurance faster with the charges from their "reports" which they didn't tell me there would be a charge higher to the treatment. Message therapy is excellent. I would have liked to have had some discretion from the owner to pace what he was charging me and keep me informed to costs, working with me as a client as he new I had other needs to be addressed to get well outside of his treatments. I needed to use the award to help with other ailments and it was unfair to discover he took it all.
