I cannot say enough about this store. I had an old hot tub and these guys worked on for several years until parts were no longer available to keep fixing it. I shopped every store in the area comparing different hot tubs. Not only was Rick at Colorado Spas the most informative, my entire purchase was based around his knowledge and professionalism and the way the store had taken care of my needs in the past. Having read a different review with negative comments about an experience at the store my opinion is the remark was left by a competitor’s sales person obviously not happy where they are at and with nothing better to do. I love my new Bullfrog Spa from Colorado Spas and the service when I get when I have questions is awesome! I say check them out for repair of your hot tub or shop them for a new one!

After finding what appeared to be nice business based on their website, I contacted Colorado Spas. They all refused to provide prices unless I was in the store in person, and no one was allowed to tell me anything about what was even available except Rick the owner, who was frequently away and would "get back with me later". Finally after getting in touch with "Rick" enroute to the store, the owner was snotty and callously asked me "if I was bringing my checkbook". I told him that I was looking at what he has to offer and he told me that if I was not serious about buying a hot tub yet, then to not waste his time. Rick instructed me to promise him that, if I was to show up at his store, and he offered me a "smoking deal", that I would agree in advance to buy a hot tub, sight unseen. This guy was a hotheaded jerk that acted like if I cannot just pull the full MSRP retail price out of my checking account and hand him over full price, then I must not be able to afford a new hot tub then.
