As a speech therapist, my client uses her Ipad as a primary mode of communication, and when her screen broke she needed it fixed quickly and with a reasonable price. My client would have been in a very bad predicament if it weren't for the generous and extremely helpful people at Cell Phone Factory. I experienced first hand that the men at Cell Phone Factory put their customers first and they genuinely care about making sure that they are satisfied. I brought the Ipad in and they got to work on it immediately, finishing within 30 minutes so that I would not have to wait long because I drove from El Paso to Las Cruces. I made the drive to Cruces because these guys put their customers first and make you feel like a friend of theirs. I originally took the Ipad to the Apple store and they told me I needed to buy a brand new one! This was not honest of them and Cell Phone Factory was able to fix it quickly for a good deal. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cell Phone Factory. Ask for the tech Camron to help you out and you will not be let down, he's the best!!

I was worried at first about spending money on ny already broken IPHONE but the other option was to pay way to much for another so I stoles by this place and there all very nice and seemed organized so I felt comfortable leaving my phone there. They fixed it within hours I had a cracked screen and I was back in business in no time, I like the fact that the tech told me they would use original manufacturer parts. My phone works just like it did before you wouldn't even know I had the screen replaced. The price was right for good and efficient work. I send all my friends and family her now, thanks cell phone repair factory!

I took in an Iphone 4 that worked, although the screen was cracked. In the process of attempting to repair it, they broke it. I am not a happy camper.
