I've been taking my dogs to Bubbles N' Bows for at least 10 years. I've had between 3 and 5 dogs at a time. They do a great job and do everything I ask for - different cuts for different dogs. They are very good about checking their general health and letting me know if they think there could be a problem that I need to see a vet about. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I took my Persian cat to Bubbles N' Bows - yes, he was matted and needed a "lion" cut (basically shaved). I've had this cut performed on him before at other groomers. I have never seen a worse grooming job. Not only was the old lady that owns the shop rude and unprofessional, they cut my cat in 5 different places! All she could say was to put Aloe gel on it - no antibiotics, nothing. I've never had a groomer cut my cat before - and they've always told me what a wonderful cat he is to work on. This woman did nothing but complain. Again, I know he was matted - my fault because my husband is extremely ill and has been hospitalized, and grooming at home got away from me. However, her rudeness and the pain she inflicted on my cat guarantees I'll NEVER subject my sweet cat to the experience of going back there.
