We've been taking our animals here for years, used to be great but not anymore. This office is price gouging and full of greed. The customer service has taken a downhill plunge since their 2013 addition of a young inexperienced receptionist that is very rude and has an attitude. Please, if you love your animals, don't go here. No customer service skills at all :-(

BCAH is simply the Best in Central Florida. The Doctors are extreamely knowledgeable. The techs are top notch. Having 2 Dalmatians is a handfull, with all of mischief that they seem to find, which sometimes turns into an emergency visit, we never have to wait long, they always provide a through exam, they know each dog. For yearly checkups and emergency visits. they are the best!! I have been to other vets in the area with other pets, I will not go anywhere else. BCAH is the best!! Your pets will be in good hands!!!

We recently lost our family cat, Jessie and it was quite a devastating experience to me, my children and esp.for my husband who was very much attached to her. Although we eventually adopted another cat, Forest I still get teary-eyed whenever I think of her. The staff at Boggy Creek were very accomodating and their compassion has greatly diminished the pain during our mourning process. My family received a sympathy card from them including a short poem and it proved to be very comforting. We thank Karen who called and followed up Jessie's condition during her illness. You guys are doing a great job and again, in behalf of my family I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!

Boggy Creek Animal Hospital has a fantastic reputation. Why? Because they have earned it. Dr. Hicks and staff never cut corners, all animals are given thorough exams by experienced Vets and Certified Veterinary Technicians. They offer the latest techniques such as laser cauterization, which leads to quicker recoveries with less pain for animals.BCAH is not cheap but reasonable. All options are explained as to reason versus cost. Waiting areas are segregated (by species, not race) so that cats are not terrorized or dogs thrown into a frenzy.The whole place is spotless. Poop areas are provided with collection bags and plenty of grassy area. No industrialized businesses around, either.Count me as a very satisfied client for the last eight years (2 dogs and a load of felines, 3 ferrets also).

I have been with Boggy Creek Animal Hospital since it opened. I followed Dr. Hicks from Orlando because he is the best of the best. All the doctors and staff are professional, up to date on procedures, compassionate, and efficient. I know I can trust them completely with my pets life. I would never go anywhere else.

I've been going to the Boggy Creek Animal Hopital for over 8yrs and have even taken new family (pet) members to the BCAH. U are always treated quickly, very proff, w/ up most courtesy and respect and that's the treatment we (humans) get. U can only imagine the best care for u'r pet and in my very own oppion this is the top place to take all u'r pets and u'r families, friends too!!! We love them!
