The owner is not well trained in customer service

I have spent over $10,000 at Authority Spas. Jason and Mike are great and very nice. A part broke on my spa- a light cover, and I called them to order a new part. The owner would not give me the part number over the phone as he was scared I might buy the cover from someone else- it's a $6 part! I would like to see a photo of the part online before he were to purchase it for me and charge my credit card. He would not give me the part number for a $6 part after I have spent so much money with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone as the owner does not have the customer in mind as the most important!
