This clinic has been excellent! The staff is just wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave everyone is just so professional, genuine, and knowledgeable! I will be back and I will be referring family and friends!

I have been going to Advanced Dermatology Care for over 3 years i've went to there Forest Lake and White Bear lake Locations. I have seen Wendy Timmons for some issues . I thought she was very professional and very friendly I will continue to go back in the future.

I was first seen at Advanced Dermatology Care for my acne. I had been to other doctors and never had much improvement. However, I came to Advanced Dermatology Care and was treated with the utmost respect and care. The provider was very patient with me and answered all of my questions without making me feel at all rushed. I now have only 1-2 breakouts each month and they always go away within a day or two. I will always go to Advanced Dermatology Care for my skin care needs!

I have been seen at Advanced Dermatology both medically and cosmetically. The staff overall is so friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease when having procedures done. They listen to your concerns and do a wonderful job of addressing them. I am pleased to say I have found an excellent dermatology clinic I can stick with and enjoy going back to each visit!!

I have had several laser hair removal treatments. The technician was very professional and the results are wonderful. I will be back for additional cosmetic treatments and have recommended Advanced Dermatology Care to my friends.

I have been a patient at advanced dermatology care for about 10 years now, I have been seen by a few of the providers, and all have been very friendly, understanding, and thorough. I have been seen for scars, acne, moles examined, and I have also been seen on the cosmetic side as well. They seem to address my concerns with excellent knowledge, and the staff seems very knowledgeable as well. I never leave the clinic with any doubts or questions, they tend to answer all my questions and make sure I am taken care of before ending the appointment. I will definitely be going to ADC again!

I have been a patient at Advanced Dermatology Care for years. I have seen most of the providers and they have taken good care of me. All the concerns I have brought up to the providers regarding my skin, they have explained well to me with clear understanding of what the diagnosis were and what the treatment options were. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and professional.

I was initially being seen at this clinic for a complexion issue when it was brought to my attention that I had another issue that needed to be addressed. Apparently I have sun damaged skin, and I didn't even know it! Naturally I was distressed at this news. I have always been a "pro-health" kinda guy, so this news alarmed me. The provider that I saw did a wonderful job of alleviating my initial concerns and helped me choose a care plan to address the issue that best fit in with my lifestyle. Since then, I have returned to the clinic several times for this issue and a few others. The providers and staff are always courteous, professional, empathetic, but never overbearing or rude. I have recommended their services to family and friends and will continue to do so!-Mr. Floyd

I was a client for about 10 years and was very happy with the services provided. When I went in for the same treatment I had received for about 10 years, I was told my doctor was no longer there. The "new" doctor "made up" a diagnosis, which I had already been biopsied for years ago by this office, and test results showed that was not my ailment. The new doctor then proceeded to treat me for the "made up" diagnosis, which I protested in the office, and then billed me for it! I actually had to tell the new doctor to read my file, but she still when forward against my protests! When I contacted the 2 owners of the clinic, I was told it would be taken care of and I was invited back in to receive the correct treatment. Assuming they were true to their word, I went back for the correct treatment. Instead, they treated me and sent my previous bill for the "made up" treatment to a collection agency rather than resolving it as I was promised. When I again contacted the office for the resolution I was promised, I was sent a nasty letter by Dr. Ruth Rustad "releasing" me as a client! I was told to go elsewhere and not come back to their clinic because they didn't want to take care of a $45 copay bill they originally agreed they would! I question how this is not insurance fraud when I am treated and billed (even after my protests and complaints) for something I was already tested for years earlier by this same office all the while I have been treated successfully for years for a different diagnosis?

I can't tell you how happy I was when my Physician Assistant, Heather Kill, told me "we got it all". I am so glad. Most of all, thank you for personally calling me. That showed me what I already knew and that is, you are a class act and sincerely care about the people you treat. People could learn a lot from you. You did a great job. This clinic made me feel so comfortable being a male and coming in for cosmetic procedures. I will be recommending Advanced Dermatology to all my friends and family and cannot wait to get their feedback! I am now a patient on both the medical and cosmetic side, so i have experienced an all around feel of this clinic and everyone seems genuinely wonderful!

This clinic is AMAZING! Smiling front desk gals right when you walk in, friendly medical assistant team and extraordinary Providers. From the moment i pulled into this beautifully landscapped facility I felt an overwhelming sense that this was the RIGHT place to be! I was treated with so much respect as if this were my family! Amazing clinic at last! I have had acne for several years and nothing and no one has been able to help me. I came to Advanced dermatology and within several months I had nearly clear complexion! The receptionist they have as a first point of contact are wonderful, all very loving and always have smiling faces, it started from the moment i walked through the doors i just felt like i had finally found my place. The Medical Assistances always take extra time to comfort me which is no longer needed because I am so happy with my skin, i have regained my confidence. All the providers are so great at this clinic, i have bounced around to a few and they have all been so good to me and great and informative! Thank You Advanced Dermatology

I have been to ADC several times. Each time I felt the service was minimal. I felt my concerns were dismissed without explanation, and that the staff seemed very inconvenienced by having to take my appointment. The staff is rude from the receptionist to the physicians. I have been seen for acne (I was 30 at the time)- which they suggested that I try "Proactive" when I told them I had and it made my skin worse the response was basically they didn't know what to say about that, and that my acne really was not that bad and to get over it, they offered no additional treatment. After having a child I had skin discoloration on my face went to ADC to see what treatment options were. They prescribed a cream to use on the dark areas. After I paid for the cream - which was pricey, I noticed that the warning said not to use if you are around infants or breast feeding - which both were true for me - which I stressed to Dr. during the appointment. I called to discuss the situation and they told me the warning did not matter - my pediatrician disagreed. This last time I did not even take an appointment. I called because I have a skin rash that had developed on my stomach and chest. I went to a general practitioner was given an oral steroid- it cleared and once the prescription ended the rash - which is incredibly itchy - has returned and spread all the way to my feet. The receptionist offered me an appointment a month and a half away, when I asked if there was anything sooner and that I would go to any location she told me a skin rash was not that big of a deal. WTF!!!!

Im not sure where Momma Ross went but it sounds like she was a difficult person and there was nothing anyone could do to make her happy. Some people think they should get anything they want just because they think they are VIP's. I've been to this clinic and I know people that work there. Everyone is professional and VERY caring. Respect goes both ways between patients and providers/reception staff. It makes me laugh that someone that didnt get her way took the time to slam an amazing clinic. Not showing up for appointments takes up time that another patient would benefit from.

I've been a patient at ADC for over 5 years now. When I first started going there I had struggled with acne for years; at times it was so bad I didn't even want to leave the house. I was treated both medically and cosmetically, and now my breakouts are under control and people comment all the time on how nice my skin looks. It has been life changing for me...Your face and skin are the first thing people notice, so it feels great to be able to show mine with confidence and not be constantly worried about my appearance. Both the medical and cosmetic staff were equally professional, caring and friendly. Now that my skin is clear I've been enjoying other cosmetic treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation and even Botox!!!!

I went into advanced dermatology hoping to get some help with my concerns about sun spots, wrinkles and acne issues. I went in for my laser and the receptionist charged me $550.00 before my treatment. After treatment, Melissa had no time to talk with me, left the room and never came back. I didn't get an after care treatment plan and the front desk area was deserted. Called back to discuss the poor results and make another appointment and the receptionist put me on hold for 20 minutes. She then came on to tell me I had to pay $50 dollars to do another consultation because I didn't cancel 4 appointments two summers ago (total lie) and that until I did so I could not be seen. I asked if this was true why didn't you say anything before the last two appointments I've made with you? She was so rude to me and Melissa called me back to back her staffs rude behavior up.If you are looking for a place that act's professionally, has your best interest at heart, this isn't it. Very disappointing.
