I have never had to rent a storage facility before but, I have had great customer service with Additional Self Storage. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I was looking for good clean place to store my things close to my home at reasonable price and this fit my needs. The service is great and the people working there are super nice.

I moved to Orchards,Washington from Oregon and needed a storage unit that was close to my new residence for easy access.My previous experience with storage units was less than stellar:no lighting inside the unit,a lot of dust and not very well ventilated,plus the feeling that the place could go up in smoke and flames in a heartbeat.Ridiculous,for what I was spending every month.Additional Self-Storage is quite a contrast!! the staff is friendly,the spaces are clean and lit INSIDE the unit as well as in the hallway,and-best of all-I don't have the sense of impending doom-that is,that my belongings will spontaneously combust(!)-which I experienced in my former storage place.The price is competitive-I'm paying the same amount for a MUCH better place-and I'm very happy with it.I would recommend Additional SelfStorage to anyone.

we have been storing a coffee trailer and other items here for 4 years now during the winter months ,the same great employees, Marie and Grady have been nothing but very professional, helpful and always smiling and happy, They remember us every year and are just delightful people. The discounts are very important to us and we will continue to use this clean and safe facility.

The storage facilities here is outstanding, convienient, people pleasent and very helpful to making the stay plesant and worth while, We have a very good storage unit and Its easy for us to get around to from almost any place in town, great location, If you need a place to store goods, It is here.
