We boarded our puppy for the first time over the 4th holiday and when we picked him up he was clean and smelling fresh. He had no problems like we were told to look for at Pets Mart in fact he was just as if he had never left home. We were concerned when we spoke with Pets Mart that he could have diarrhea and possible vomiting but he was playing and going just great. We will continue to board there. The staff is great and they even discounted us for the holiday.
