I think it's telling that inorder to leave a review of this business I had to search several sites to find one which would allow me to do so. Moreover, the most used and acessable "Google" has no reviews or means to leave one. I can only conclude, IMO, l'm not the only one to experience Joe's less than stellar customer service/facilities faults and they are attempting to hide it.

A economy storage has marginally lower rates for storage than its competitors; however, any savings you gain are not, IMO, worth the incovenience of its log�stics; i.e. multiple floors only acessable by slow freight elavator, cramped loading dock, limited hours of operation, high traffic area location. Moreover, my experience with the staff, specifically Joe, was a virtual perfect example of what not to do in customer service. I arrived at their facility at 3:20 pm on a Saturday afternoon, they close at 4 pm, and was met by Joe on the loading dock telling me he has been working since 4 am and the doors will be locked at precisely 4 pm. Mind you this is after my wife has called to verify if we went over 4 pm by a few minutes unloading if this would be an issue. It later took my son and I 15 minutes to unload at a customer oriented ABC Mini-Storage. Thanks ABC! A Economy....well I think you know.

These guys are the best! Joe is a lifesaver. We were moving our daughter back to Gonzaga on Sunday, 1/15 after semester abroad. We forgot facility is not open on Sundays. We caught up to Joe just as he left on Saturday. He kindly opened the facility for us on Sunday! They will do this for students. They just ask that you call them a few days in advance. Joe, thank you. You really helped our family!

My friend Melisa and I stored all our belongings here over the summer and the building is amazing. We picked up our things late 15 days lates and since we are GU college students the manager waived all our overdue rent!! I will so use them again during break not just because they didn't charge us, the building is amazing and the guy at the desk was always a great help

MY FRIENDS AND I GO TO GONZAGA (GO ZAGS!!) AND USED AECONOMY FOR SUMMER STORAGE. THE PLACE IS FANTASTIC AND THE STAFF IS GREAT! JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS GUYS!

I am a GSU junior and after 2 years of renting from some horrible companies I was so happy to go here! The place is historic, safe, secure and the people were so helpful and professional. Even my folks loved the experience and building, they must have told the story a dozen times.



Anyway, THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP :-)



I would recommend this company to anyone who needs storage, they are best!
