The great thing about Jon is that he doesn't oversell: he tells you exactly what to expect and what not to expect. He took a lot of time on the initial call with me and didn't act like a salesman; he's a professional who knows his stuff and loves what he does. He answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was wasting his time.

The work his technician performed on our tub was spectacular, bringing the tub back to life and making the weakest part of the bathroom (and our house) one of the strongest.

I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
