I requested a quote to treat my Ash trees for Emerald Ash Borers. The guy who came out to my property was more interested in cutting down the trees that were close to the fence and boundary line than treating them. None of the trees were infected. They were all healthy trees or caused no obstruction to any building or property as my home is located in a neighborhood with 1+ acre lots. I'm speculating that it was more beneficial financially to cut them down rather than treat them? When asked if the estimator was a certified Arborist, he said he was not. I called the company and was told the estimator was a certified arborist, When i told them the estimator admitted he wasn't, they had nothing much to say!! I'm guessing that if this company's estimators are not Arborists they would not know how to treat trees.....only to cut them down!!

Horrible customer service and front office, and extremely rude technicians and management. Do not recommend! Call another service!

Arbor Pro Tree Experts has taken Amazing care of all my tree for over 22 years, with over 14 tree's on my property I was grateful for the Superior Knowledge of it's staff. Some years ago I received a call from the office personal, letting me know the Mt. Pine Beetle had moved into the metro area, and they want to send an arborist out to look at all of my pines. I started with a spray to prevent my tree's from getting infested. Well let me tell you, I am so glad I listened! All of the pines in my neighborhood are all dead, but not mine. I received a similar call in August in regards to my ash trees they gave me 3 options. I had my Ash Trees injected, and I don't have to treat them until 2016.

My experience with this company has never been like the other reviews here, Not once has the office staff been rude, quite the contrary. They always greet me seemingly with a smile if I have questions they always answers my questions. The tree crews that come out are always polite and go over what they are there for. I haven't ever been "Billed" for services. When they come out I have always paid at the time of service, and my sprays are discounted because I have always pre-paid for them. I don't know what I would do without Arbor Pro's continuous care of my trees.

Arbor Pro (http://arborprotree.com/) took care of our trees for years. Then their tree trimming crew made some mistakes with a few of our trees -- poor cuts, trimmed limbs that provided privacy even though the work-order clearly stated they were not to be cut, etc. Their arborist followed up with us and agreed that mistakes were made, and said to give him a call in spring and they would come back out and check on health of the trees and fix any issues--at no cost. In spring I called and left messages for the arborist, but never received a call back. After leaving several messages with a few different people in the office, I finally realized the company was not interested in fixing their mistakes or honoring the commitment they made to us. After advising the company that I would be filing a BBB complaint, I proceeded to file the complaint. The BBB's attempts were also in vain ... and they ultimately closed the case listing the business as unresponsive.

Trimmers did a poor job (bad cuts, and cut limbs they were not supposed to cut) and company said they would come back in spring to check on the health of my tress, and cut out the dead branches they left behind. Called them in Spring (several times) and they didn't return my calls. They lost their BBB accreditation. Guess I wasn't the only one they treated poorly.

The company's accreditation in the BBB was revoked due to failure to respond to a complaint. I tried to work out the issue (i.e., incomplete and poor quality pruning) with Arbor Pro Tree directly, but they wouldn't return my calls. So I escalated the issue to the BBB, and the company didn't respond to them either. I would have given thumbs down if that were an option. I had been a satisfied customer for years and I am saddened to know that my past and future business meant so little to them.

I must have called half a dozen different companies for an estimate. Not only did they call me back, but they came out, like they promised and gave me a very reasonable estimate!

The 4 man crew came early, worked late, and were very thorough in both dead and damaged limb removal and in their clean-up. They were courteous, helpful, and informative (I asked a lot of questions) and behaved in a very professional manner. They worked safely and efficiently. In "down" times (like when the cherry-picker truck and/or the shredder truck were being relocated), they cleaned, raked, and set up the ropes and pulleys for the next position. They were even very brave when faced with the wrath of a huge bee hive! This is the second time they have done excellent work here and I will definitely use this company for work in the future.
