Dr. Rotella is a licensed Chiropractor, licensed Acupuncturist and certified Chinese Herbalist. She is currently licensed in Maryland and has held licenses in good standing in Missouri, NY, and Pennsylvania. She is also certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as an Oriental Medicine practitioner (which includes national certification in both acupuncture and Chinese herbs). A diplomate from this national certifying organization is the highest recognition of clinical skill and competence. Dr. Rotella strongly believes in the importance of balancing the body to achieve optimal health. This determination in finding balanced approaches to health care has led her to obtain her Doctorate in Chiropractic and her Master’s degrees in Oriental Medicine. This was done to provide her patients with the best of both Eastern and Western philosophies. Dr. Rotella bring with her many years of experience and a wealth of techniques that she individualizes based on the patients needs. The focus of Dr. Rotella’s integration of Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutrition, and Chiropractic care is to assist her patients in finding their ultimate
