I went in to buy my first vapor pen and was very surprised at the help I had. The gentleman spent quite a bit of time with me helping me understand the differences in the options I had and what equipment and vape flavors would be best for me. I of course was overwhelmed by all the choices I had, but the gentleman was very patient and enthusiastic with me through the entire process. Now when I go in he recognizes me and tells me about new items that I might be interested in. Every time I go in is pleasant, and I feel just as welcome to now as I did during my first visit.
