The policies and prices are fair. The employees are always cheerful and respectful. Great selection of pre-loved goods. Have been many times and have not had a bad experience yet.

Apparently if you want to sell to them you have to bring the goods into the store to get an estimate

Sold me a remote that they said was new and it wasn't. They wouldn't take it back either. 40 bucks for a used controller. Bs

Excellent customer service, with unbelievably low prices. On top of that I called for the Shelter of Flint because we needed a dvd player hooked up. The manager Eric, is not only personally coming and hooking it up, but he is doing it for free! I will be purchasing all of my movies there in the future!
