Let's start out with: If I could select NO stars, I would have.



The management is the worst I have ever encountered in the food industry. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, but they were completely disrespectful at the same time. Why they are allowed to deal with anyone in the public is beyond me, but they need to seriously re-evaluate what they do for a living. My co-workers and I order pizza on a regular basis but hadn't ordered from Hungry Howie's ourselves in a couple months. However, our customers had - quite often. The store refused to take our order, stating they had never done it that way before, when we had physical evidence they had been to our property 10 times in the last month. They even said they had not been at our location lately. Again, we told them we had physical evidence that they had and even named employees who had delivered. Both managers said they had never heard of such a thing. They finally told us that they would take our order: "If that's what it takes" (umm, if that's what it takes for what? For you to get business????) but told us it would be over an hour and a half for delivery!!!!! We are less than four miles away from the store and - having known people who had worked at Hungry Howie's before - I know that it is absolutely ridiculous for an order to take that long to make and deliver.

Anyone who works at a business such as this should know better than to be so rude to someone from another business. Our customers rely on us to give them recommendations on where to order from. From now on, we will not be recommending Hungry Howie's, but rather all of their competitors. I hope the owners of this store realize what their staff is doing to their business.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF ANDY IS WORKING. ANDY IS THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NEVER TRUST HIM TO MAKE FOOD FOR ME!!! MGMT NEEDS TO THINK STRONG ABOUT HAVING SUCH A THUG FOR A EMPLOYEE!!!!!
