It's not worth one star. The service is so bad I took my mail to the Post Office in Wallace of which I pay for even though my address is in Burson. I guess you have to pay to get good service. My mailbox was constantly locked and my mail returned to sender, when I questioned Wendy it was some lame excuse after another. I am very happy with Wallace Post Office of which in the many months I have had my P.O. Box, NO problems what so ever. I’m Very disappointed however, in Burson Post Office. If you want NO customer service and rude behavior go to Burson!

Unfortunately I lost some precious diamonds, stones and gold. I mailed a secure package as directed by goldkit on 2-28-2008. To this day when I check the status of my package it always says the my #943681 has not yet been received. I would like to know what I can do about tracing my package that was removed by the mail man on that day. Or please direct me to a place where I can make a complaint.
