I had a order sent to my location from Indiana and it's been sitting down in Burnsville for over two weeks!! The customer service might aswell be a recording saying sorry for the inconvenience ... They think because their office hours or from 8-4 so r yours! I got a call to get me on schedule last Wednesday at 2:00pm saying to contact them within the hour to get i scheduled... I work! Finally a week later I'm on the list and just received a call saying either I unload it myself r it's not gonna be here!! It is now 12:39 and it's still not here.. If they can't haul a snowblower how can they haul what u got ?
