Great training and instructors. They offer free monthly women's self defense, family classes, BJJ, Judo, Fitness Kickboxing, and Eskrima training programs and also offer MMA as a all inclusive training program. Intense but safe training. It's a lot of fun and a great group of people. My only issue is, I wish it was closer to me so that I could make it to training more often, but that's no reflection on the schools or programs themselves-just that I live out in the middle of nowhere. haha
