Please ensure your patients have a complete understanding of what their financial liability will be. Yes, it is the patient's responsibility, as well; however, insurance for periodontal work is outdated and confusing. Very unfortunately....the good work that was done was negated by the huge bill I was stuck with. That's what I will remember.

Excellent doctor; friendly staff; outstanding outcome on some very complex gum grafting work. Just be sure you understand in advance how much the out-of-pocket costs will be. Mine were significantly higher than I anticipated. I should have done my homework, but it would have been helpful if the staff had better explained my financial liability, since they do this day in and day out.
