Julie Ashworth and the team at the Burns, TN location are wonderful! They represent everything that customer service should be about. This knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff go above and beyond and make it look enjoyable. I've done my banking with Mrs. Ashworth for a few years and there were times I have struggled with personal financial issues. She has never made me feel less than greatly valued and appreciated. It definitely is a pleasure doing business with Burn First Federal Bank!
