The Juniata Valley YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers various youth and community development programs. The organization additionally features a wellness center that is equipped with treadmills, free weights, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines and strength training equipment. The Juniata Valley YMCA offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball, dodgeball and table tennis. It conducts judo classes that teach throwing, grappling and striking techniques.
