Saw an outstanding psychologist (Murphy) who really helped me turn my life around. The office and billing staff were excellent and good at explaining things. Can't say enough good about the place. Okay, needing the key for the restroom was annoying, but that's the worst I can say.

I had a horrible experience with Otter Creek. I never got any feedback from the counselors. I was just pressured to put my daughter on medication for attention deficit. After a second opinion I learned that my daughter doesn't even have add. I do not recommend this place.
