I have just bought my new vehicle from Marvin Sharps who gave us excellent service.

Who ever they have working there rental car department, is NOT showing good customer service, they never pick up the phone or have responded back to my 3left phone messages and the online form I field out... I even went to the dealership myself and walked into the car rental department and the girl working never looked up at me she was to busy playing on the computer, but without looking at me she did asked me how she could help me and when I asked about renting a car she just cut me off and said they had no cars for rent until after next week.. I have rented from you before and was very pleased but this time I have taken my business else where.
