The dealership was very nice. I sent my credit information over to the dealership before I stopped by and, as requested, they had my information processed and ready to go. This was important to me because I really wanted to know about payments and interest rates BEFORE I started to look at a vehicle. I initially went to Cherry Hill VW (near where I work) and that dealership didn't do anything to prepare for my visit which was very off-putting. I'm happy that Burlington was so eager to help me out and work within my budget.

Everyone I spoke to there was extremely courteous. Flo in particular was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I look forward to speaking to Flo going forward for any service needs on my wife's Jetta and my Passat. Of course I am hoping that we only need the routine maintenance but it is good to know that if anything else is needed, Flo will be there to help us.

Flo was excellent !! However, there was a issue that occurred when we went to pick up the vehicle. The radio did not work. Apparently in the process of reinstalling the light in the mirror or running diagnostics, power to the radio was interupted. The technician who did the work on the car had gone off shift, and the other technician was unable to fix the problem. He checked the fuses and that was it. I then had to make a separate trip which took several hours of my day up to have the audio place resolve the issue. All they had to do was disconnect and reconnect the battery to reset the radio. They told me that this was something the dealership should have known to do. I am not happy about this!. Once again, I want to say that Flo was excellent. Unfortunately she also had left by the time the vehicle was picked up.

I had a 9am appointment on 7/25 dropped the car off the night before on 7/24 called at 11am on 7/25 to see if it was complete and the car was just being brought in for service.
