It is a pleasure working with Leigh and her team at The Very Thing. Leigh has guided us in making well informed decisions regarding fabric, furniture, and lighting choices. Her access to a broad range of resources (generally not available to public) allowed our individual style to be reflected throughout our home.
From space planning, problem-solving and design direction, we value the advice we received. The craftspeople and tradespeople Leigh has recommended are professional and skilled. Also as important, we felt comfortable with them working in our home.
Our home has evolved to perfectly reflect our style. We could not be happier with the results and enjoy our surroundings every day. The compliments we receive from friends, family, and guests are icing on the cake. We would recommend Leigh and The Very Thing to anyone without reservation.

I have worked with The Very Thing for the past 5 years. They have helped me transform my 1940's house into a beautiful space. Leigh and her team helped me identify my style and then because of the vast selections to choose from in the shop, they suggested the perfect colors, fabrics, furniture, and accessories for us. They worked within our budget and our timeframe. My husband and I love our house and it makes us happy just being here. (It's also nice to hear all your friends say it should be in a magazine!)
