Drove all the way up there on a Sunday and they were closed and their website still says they are open on Sundays and every other website they are on!! Thanks for letting your customers know you are closed! Thats great customer service!

Stay away. They are zero help and have no knowledge of bras to wear with dresses. Their sales staff is very unfriendly and they are rude. Any ladies looking for bras, check burlington listings for Sophiscated Pair instead of asking any of these "customer service" people a question on fit and wear. I'd also recommend going to Greensboro or Durham bridal shops!

We ordered a Destiny Gown in January 2011 for which my daughter is 5'9" tall. We specifically asked if we needed this ordered in tall. That was not necessary we were told by our specialist Jane that she would take care of every detail. The dress came in in April and when we picked it up it was all wrinkled, a spot on the flower and it is too short. I have spoke to many associates, manager, and there customer service advocate to which I have not received the ultimate customer service experience and just get the run around. The wedding is in August and we are in a frantic state as to how we can take care of this most important detail of the length of the dress. If you are a tall bride I would think twice before ordering your dress from Bridal Mart.

I live in Charlotte and was told about the bridal mart. One Saturday, my son ( who is 6 weeks old) and I decided to take the trip there and look for that perfect dress. I get there and get the stroller so that I didn't have to carry my son in his car seat the whole time. Not even two minutes into looking for the dress, one of the sales ladies tells me that I couldn't have the stroller on the bridal floor. I told her that I was from Charlotte and that I didn't have anyone to watch my son. She said okay and was helpful in pointing me in the right direction to where I would find the style of dress that I wanted while she went to talk to the manger. Maybe two minutes later the manger comes up and VERY RUDELY tells me that I couldn't have the stroller or my son on the bridal floor. I explained to her that I was from Charlotte and that I didn't have anyone to watch him, she basically told me that she didn't care that I traveled an hour and a half to come to there store. I told her that if she wanted to watch my son while I looked for a dress that way he wouldn't be on the bridal floor. She then tells me that they are trying to run a bridal shop. I decided that I it was best that my son and I leave. They must not want my money, or need it very badly that they have to be rude to the people that pay their bills.
