Worst experience of my life!! I paid for the Ultimate party package 2 months in advance and called to see how early I could arrive to begin setting up and I was nowhere to be found. I was the first to book as I had every time slot available to me that day but they still did not make any accommodations for me except a foldout table at the entrance. Talk about embarrassing and horrifying to have to leave the hundreds I spent in custom supplies, food, etc. in my car and no tables to eat. My guests must have thought I really spent a fortune on custom invites just to have some kids bounce around and they still over charged me. I will never be back.

The owner of this facility is very narcissistic. Has no rapport with consumers. I was overcharged and told to come in to see the owner when I went in to see the owner he told me that he already refunded me with free bounce passes. Which was totally untrue.
