Large variety of clothes but store is too small. Feels like you're in cramped quarters. Employees need to focus on customer service. Usually see employees walking around the store but not talking to the customers to see if there's anything they need help with.

Sure, you can find a wide selection of jeans and T-shirts here, but you can at any department store as well. If you choose to shop at The Gap, you have to pay top dollar for stuff that has no apparent better quality.
