Provided by YP.comWe had been having trouble with a male USPS employee delivering our mail and putting boxes - well, really stuffing them in - and damaging our mail. I called and spoke with the postmaster at the Burleson Post Office and he was sooo rude! Now I have a package I can't locate and they refuse to help me with it although records state that it was delivered on October 11th! When I go in, the people are very nice, but the postmaster was totally rude! I have also tried getting hold of someone at the main office and usps.com and can't get a return call, email, or text and no one will answer the phone!
