I was told the new tires I bought (from a competitor) were not good tires. I was told they aren't round and they wouldn't balance correctly. They started balancing them, but when I asked why they had weights in two different locations on one side of the rim, and asked them to check the balance again, I was told to take my tires somewhere else because they could see I would be too much trouble. So I did. I took them to a national chain and the service manager personally balance them in front of me. He showed me that the machine was properly calibrated, then balanced them without issue.
