the attendant for the drive up window has a bad attitude(Manager I think). I told her they shorted me $1.00 and she didn't even look at the receipt and just rattle of the count real fast and slammed the money down and said it was right. So I quickly apologized, thinking i was wrong, Got to my table and looked at the receipt and the money I was given back, I had not put it away. It was wrong, There was a boy that waited on me and he was trying to give it back to me, but the I guess manager, had to open the register for him and she was rude. So I took my receipt back to her and said, just so you know I wasn't crazy, you did owe me a dollar and she took it and wadded it up and didn't even look at it, she just knew she was right. I gave a $10.00 bill and my ticket was $4.55, she owed me $5.45 and they gave me $4.45 back. It wasn't the money, it's the attitude. She never offered to make it right either. Lois
