the food is great, I felt like the staff was doing as well as they could, very friendly its just hard some times to provide quick service in a BBQ place you have to remember the it is BBQ not fast food and you have to remember that since it is BBQ you cant call in an order and expect it to be ready because if they prepare it before you get there it will dry out and be poor quality if you want good BBQ you have to be patient if you want fast food go to McDonalds

Food is delicious and fresh. Service is excessively slow. Always seems understaffed and chaotic, even when there are only a few customers. We called in our order ahead of time for pickup, was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there and my husband had to wait in line for 15 minutes, only to get to the front and was told they hadn't even STARTED filling our order yet! The employee's explanation was "we're busy". Well, it has now been 30 minutes and I am STILL waiting in the car. PLEASE fix this problem! I love the great BBQ but refuse to sacrifice my time!!
