This place is ridiculously over priced. Took a dress there to have altered and they wanted to charge me $123.00! Left there and went to a place in Mansfield and for the same exact alterations it is costing me $60.00 and will be ready a week sooner than A Perfect Fit could do.

I had a similar experience to the previous poster. I usually don't write bad reviews as I don't like to mess with someone's business and prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume it's a one time problem, but this was bad. They screwed up a hem on my bridesmaids dress. It was very uneven and much longer in the front than the back. She claimed it was because of my belly and even asked if I was pregnant...even though the flaw was obvious on the hanger as well. They agreed to fix it and screwed it up even worse. This time the front was noticeably shorter than the back and the sheer layer was shorter than the solid layer underneath, only in the front. I demanded a refund and took it somewhere else to see if they could salvage what is left. The man there (Jason? Jerry?) was very unprofessional and had no customer service skills whatsoever. He acted bored and just kind of stared at us the whole time. He was borderline rude. Seemed grudging when he apologized for the trouble. Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and most importantly, no skill. Take it somewhere else.

After they made alterations on my daughters prom dress by simply taking a few inches off the bottom, we could tell it was done poorly and the seam was visibly uneven. So, we asked to have it done the correct way.

One of the employees, Jason, was extremely rude. He sat down on the couch while we were contemplating what to do next since it was obviously incorrect and might have ruined my daughters very expensive prom dress. He just sat there, did not offer any assistance, and proceeded to have a grimace on his face while he crossed his legs and laid his head on his fist...as if he were bored. He was never friendly or polite and when we asked to have it redone, he was angered and even tried to charge us AGAIN for their mistake!! my daughter and I were extremely afraid that he was going to do something to ruin her dress while we were having them fix it.

I would never waste my money here again. They may be fine on terribly simple and cheap items of clothing, but do not take anything valuable here!!
